Best Western Wilsonville Inn & Suites

The stay was very nice, except that early in the morning it gets a little noisy with freeway noise.

The staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. The cost was under what I expected.

Cons The phone in the room was not working it had to be replaced, the maintenance person accomplish that. The clock in the room did not work the maintenance person could not rectify the problem told me to talk to the front desk. The front desk took a note to pass on to the 5 pm front desk person, but I never got a response. I know most people use their cell phones for alarms and so do I, but when I wake up in the middle of the night I like to roll over and see what time it is.

We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip south!

Very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and other services nearby was just what we wanted. Also, the room was very quiet.

Cons The bed frame was creaky, although the mattress was comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

Convenient to the I5. Easy access.

Cons The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any sleep. Thin walls with children running, telling in the hall.

If it was a bit cheaper it would be okay. Price is too close to the price of nicer ones to choose this one.

The location

Cons A lot. To start, the hinge on the bathroom door was broken so the door kept opening and slamming against the main door to get into the hotel. They gave me a handicap room even though I am not handicap so the water leaked all over the bathroom floor with every shower. There was not enough parking, so it was very uncomfortable to know where to leave your car.

Cons Everything was great. Accept the beds, the beds were rock hard. And I actually hurt more from sleeping on them. Then, I did driving a 3 hour distance in my car. I would not go back to this hotel due to the bed.
