Excellent Service from Jasmine at the Front Desk I wanted to recognize Jasmine at the front desk for her excellent service. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great room. She really made a difference in my stay and is a wonderful representation of the hotel. Good but not excellent iconic Beverly Wilshire

Beverly Wilshire is an iconic hotel in the center of Beverly Hills, provides high level of Four seasons service but rooms are simple and tired, food is good but not excellent. Our stay was good but not really remarkable and memorable because of the hotel… Pool is SO small, even nobody want to go there… So this hotel could be much better…

Excellent

Very much enjoyed our trip. I loved the boulevard restaurant and we were there for an amazing evening of beef. Wellington you were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so polite. The atmosphere was very nice. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious and they had the most delicious Pannacotta which I don’t get to have too often definitely recommend the boulevard restaurant.

Great location

Great hotel on a great street. Pool was nice , restaurant also nice. The location of the hotel is just fabulous. Rooms are just starting to get old.

Amazing stay

Fantastic hotel , everything was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room etc I strongly recommend this hotel everyone

Nice Choice

Nearly ideally located at the intersection of Wilshire and Rodeo Drive the BW is definitely a good choice for a stay in Beverly Hills. We found the service to be exceptional - with everyone from check in and bellhops to the house keepers and concierge were outstanding. Our room was luxurious with the most wonderful sheets. My only complaint was I found the mattress a bit on the soft side. Not the best for bad back. My biggest complaint however goes to the restaurant - a $38 burger should not be dry, under seasoned and overcooked. However, breakfast was very good. I do recommend the BW for a stay, maybe skip the burgers.
