Easily the best hotel in the hotel zone. We have been three years in a row. Just be prepared to speak Spanish as this property isn't geared towards international tourists.

Our bed was full of bed bugs and we were covered with bug bites. We are waiting for our money back from the hotel. What is happening with Camino Real hotel chain? It used to be one of the best in Mexico, but no anymore…

Really nice hotel in the Boca del Rio area. Wonderful lobby, restaurant, staff. Nicely appointed rooms with a great view of the bay of Veracruz.
