Cons hot tub closed, pool cold, showerhead too high and not adjustable/removable, what happened to the cool retro phone? Restaurant closed.

Great Value and a nice walk to the downtown area!

It was a great value for a place to stay in Bend, with the accommodation cost in Bend we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was for the price. The hotel is very centrally located and an easy walk to downtown. The outdoor firepit was a nice place to sit, enjoy and meet new people.

Cons Would have been nice if the Bar was open 7 days a week.

Great visit to Bend.

Rooms are great, comfortable and gave us all that we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, even though it was summer it is a nice touch.

Cons The staff could be a bit friendlier and more engaging ... for a resort town.
