wonderful experience!

overall it was lovely and enjoyed the facilities.

Room was well appointed. beds were comfy, enjoyed the fireplace and view of water. liked the bathroom layout with private commode, vanity, stool, magnifying mirror, etc. loved the shower with various levels of water. the coffee station was nice with sink of its own. The staff was very accommodating in the bar area where we were able to get a bite to eat. the breakfast was also a nice addition.

Cons I was disappointed with the quality of their towels. they felt a little rough and thin, instead of thick and plush which I would expect of this property. the toilet tissue was also thin and substandard. I failed to mention this in my review and hope you can convey this.

The ships passing within a few yards of your windows is magical as is the stay in general.

The cost over the many years of traveling there has grown exponentially. But the market demands it, and so we all pay.

Cons The hot tub was out of service and we were told it had been for an extended period. That should be fixed asap.
