El servicio muy bueno, tanto en restaurante como en spa fue de lo mejor. La comida muy rica también. La habitación súper cómoda.
Cons Todo estuvo muy bien.
The facilities were excellent, location was great and staff were always available to help.
Cons I had no issue with the hotel.
nice, but breakfast is not a buffet
the staff is really helpful and is trying to solve any issues. I got a room without windows and complained that it wasn't mentioned during booking. They checked if rooms with a window are available and transferred me right away.
Cons watch out for rooms without windows. it's not mentioned during booking process. fortunately they moved me to the room with a window. the breakfast is not a buffet - you only get a plate of fruits and eggs or pancakes!
