I need a vacation and I sure got one!
Everything the staff, the restaurants, spa, the thermal Springs & the exhibit was amazing. Having a balcony was really nice as well. I would stay there anytime and recommend to anyone and everyone!
Cons Spiral staircase in my room was a bit hard because of a little compromised maybe next time my book book handicap room

We had a great visit.
The location was in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We did upgrade to a larger room for our 5 night stay. Their restaurant, Terra Mae was exceptional. Our stay was made much more comfortable by the excellent service of the manager, Alex and at the restaurant by Aspen.
Cons Spa time is an extra expense for hotel guests. However, the bath tub in the room was super nice and spa-like with mineral rich water as hot as you like.
