A very pleasant experience and will definitely stay there again.

Heavy fumes from recent painting. As we walked into room it was over powering and required the windows to be opened which caused headaches

Cons More care to air purification could have been considered before we arrived

Comfortable and pleasant with the landscape surrounds. Nice food.

Biscuits and tea in foyer. Breakfast. Location by Hagley Park. Landscaping in and around the hotel, especially the ducks in the pond by the desk.

Cons Desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. Some of the interior and rooms are a bit dated. Toilet flusher would get stuck. The pool should be heated and you need a spa pool.
