Rooms are tiny with loud hallway noise, dusty corners, and broken climate control that only goes hot or cold. Expect to control everything with a slow tablet, including bathroom lights. The location near the cruise port and Metromover is excellent, staff are friendly but understaffed, and housekeeping can't handle same-day cleaning requests.
