Spent a night and it fulfilled every promise. My wife and I are booked in again next week for a longer stay
The staff just the best, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent breakfast and the room very comfortable, great bed and the duvet very good as well. The hotel itself is luxurious and a beautiful building.

The location was excellent. Great cycle storage facility and helpful staff.
Cons I ordered a room service meal. It was promised within 30 minutes, which is fine. After one hour it has not arrived. The room service telephone number was permanently engaged. I had to call the front desk for assistance, who had to go to the restaurant to follow up. Eventually I got my dinner 90 minutes after ordering. Disappointing service.
