The hotel was beautiful
Cons I called the day before and asked about the game room cause I was bringing my daughters. I wanted to make sure it was able to be used. I told the lady I seen recent renovations were being made to the room via the website and she informed me that the game room was open. That's the only reason we chose your hotel, that and the pool. Was very upset.

Overall, had family visit and they were impressed. Now they’re wanting to book for a little getaway.
This has always been my favorite place to stay in St.Louis. The location is ideal and I can connect to any highway very quickly. Staff are the best, enjoy seeing them every time. My room was so nice, I love staying there when available.
Cons Parking garage was out of order, had to park on the street. Not a big fan.
