The place is well located, quiet, spacious and clean. Access was easy and well organized.
Cons Given that check in is at 4pm. A 10am check-out or an 11am late checkout seemed inflexible. Staff however was friendly and stored our things until our departure.

Cons Too short of a stay!!
The grounds were beautiful. The unit we stayed in was convenient to the pool and lobby. There was a good deal of maintenance work going on when we were there, from general upkeep to resurfacing the parking lots, but none of the work impacted us during our stay. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. There were three a/c units, which made sleeping a dream. The location was amazing for the north side of the island, with short drives to Anini Beach and Hanalei Bay in the other direction.
Cons Our patio overlooked the large a/c units for the lobby, fitness room etc. It made it noisy to sit on the patio, so we just didn't sit out there, as conversation was difficult to hear.

Location, spacious villa, plenty of amenities, accommodated a slightly early check in, beautiful surroundings, clubhouse, pools, etc.
Cons The area outside of the resort is beautiful by day, but lack of lighting makes an evening walk hard. No housekeeping, but extra amenities were brought on demand really fast. Other than that, hard to find any thing that wasn’t great

Time share scammers. Beware of Alexis, Brooke, or Sheree. They will lie about giving you free access to. Brest to just pay for it if you want it. We declined it but they competed ours for VIP treatment with no obligations...then charged us. Totally bizarre and deceptive actions. Should result in class action. Another review on Yelp "escalated" the review and gave an email but never responded after we requested a response. BUYER BEWARE!!
