First, the welcoming staff. Very friendly and professional. Second, the spacious and cozy-clean room. Thirdly, the parking facility especially on a rain that rainy night. And overall quality and service was excellent!
Cons One thing I need to mention, the noise of water dripping sound, on air-conditioner cover outside window, caused sleep disruption.

Cons La scarsa pulizia, il rumore degli split dei condizionatori (appena fuori dalla nostra camera); il materasso troppo alto e molle. La vasca-doccia aveva la tendina corta, con conseguente allagamento del bagno. La colazione era servita in uno spazio molto limitato per il numero degli ospiti. Per essere un 5 stelle, ci si aspettava di meglio
