Comfort Inn & Suites At Copeland Tower

Really enjoyed the wide range of breakfast offerings, the friendly breakfast staff.

The person who checked us in Monday evening, Sam, went out of his way to accommodate, not only our check-in, but additional information as to where to eat, included a coupon for free appetizer at his suggested restaurant, plus value Information at a later stay potentially at Comfort Inn during Mardi Gras. Sam was helpful both at check-in as well as checkout! Excellent representative of the hotel!

Cons Safety bars in shower. Need appropriate signage to guide newbies to parking.

Cons Air conditioner was extremely noisy and blew air into one of the beds. Shower couldn’t be turned on unless you wanted to get hit with freezing cold water.
