Concierge was so honest, he waited till I filled my coffee cup in the foyer to tell me I had left my Amex on the counter!

Cons no heat in room when I called the front desk with the phone in the room they didn't answer so I called from my cell phone and they answered but said it would be awhile to get to me. not a hot shower, couldn't turn the fan off so it was blowing cold air all night, no lower level rooms, had to park car in garage then walk back to office to get cart to load belongings into my room/ then walk back to garage and get belongings to get into the elevator to get to my room. very inconvenient for around the same price (+$24.00) I could have stayed down the street at the Hilton Garden Inn

Good location

Cons There were no sheets or bedding for the sofa bed and it was late and we were ready for bed and it took almost 45 min to get service. If you offer a bed, have supplies.

We like staying at this hotel because it's central to where we do all of our specialty doctor appointments. And I love the black bear diner next do
