Location. Staff were friendly but did not appear to be well trained. Bedding was clean and pillows were comfy.

Cons carpet was wet around air conditioner. room was not entirely clean - found a dirty tampon behind the lounge chair, bathtub was slimy with dirt, hair dryer was clogged with dust and debris. This was supposed to be a handicap room but, even though the tub had bars, the height of the tub made it very difficult to get in and out and I was afraid I would fall. The mattress was not at all comfortable and I had to buy an egg crate mattress topper to ease pressure points. Fire alarm went off and clerk did not know what to do. Everyone came out of their rooms but we did not know if we needed to evacuate so many people went outside in their bare feet and night clothes.

Close to hwy, Hermiston & Umatilla. Breakfast was convenient. Ok variability. Evening choc chip cookies a nice touch

Cons A number of ‘out ok order’ signs on various pieces of equipment including ice machines, juice dispenser.

Was a great stay and definitely coming again😊

Get people that welcome you with open arms!! Not people that dread having to be there.

Cons The front desk staff. They seemed annoyed at any questions I had and it was not just one person. They also just sat behind the desk, gossiping with each other, very unprofessional.
