Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

Excellent stay and would stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were all excellent. Stephanie was wonderful and helped us so much when we had some challenges getting a wheelchair accessible cab and Uber. All of the staff were helpful and seemed to really enjoy working at this hotel.

Cons It was a bit of a challenge getting to the hotel by car.

Great staff, excellent communication for transport to/back from the airport and T station. Market inside had decent choices for a last minute dinner. Very clean.

What I loved most was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. After a very long day of traveling this was top notch. What I didn't care for was the miscommunication on how often the shuttles ran.

Cons Staff needs to be all on the same page when it comes to the shuttle. My husband asked the driver how often they ran and the driver told us every 15 minutes. Come to find out that wasn't the case and almost missed our flight.

Breakfast was great, friendly staff, clean and free shuttle to airport.
