Clean, comfortable, convenient.

The staff were excellent—very helpful and detail-oriented. The free shuttle service was amazing, and they also offer parking at a very reasonable rate if you need to leave your car for a few days. Overall, great value. The breakfast was superb and served in a really nice seating area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also really appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available throughout the day. A very comfortable and convenient stay.

Cons The only downside is that the I believe the walls are quite thin, so you can really hear what’s going on in the next room. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. Apart from that, I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons The breakfast was horrible for the amount I paid for 2 rooms. The family didn’t enjoy that. Most of all I got stuck in the elevator with 3 other people. It was for about 3 mins but still not good.

One bad manager, but otherwise OK

The location was good. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of the managers was pretty terrible.

Cons There was one particular manager, who was deliberately rude. On the night before departure when I reserved a shuttle to the airport, the manager on Duty at the time told me I was the only passenger so I could show up whenever was convenient between 4:00 and 4:30. The next morning I showed up at 4:15 and the new manager on Duty at that time told me I would have to wait till 5 o’clock because I was supposed to be there on the hour exactly. When I explained that the manager the night before had told me it was fine to be there at that time. She told me she did not care. Luckily another friendlier employee walked up and volunteered to take my family to the airport so we did not have to hire private service to take us to the airport.

Cons It smells like a sewer , staff does not care and blaming the neighbors instead of fixing their sewer problems
