Great location and service! Tiamo with refreshed menu is fab

It was a great experience starting from the security to front office , restaurant staffs ( esp - Sania ) Chefs ( Chef Akash esp) and all the crew . The food was excellent with good spread.

Cons bathroom privacy . The sticker was bit transparent

The room and the overall service were good. I would especially like to appreciate the staff at the breakfast and dinner dining areas. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely went the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Cons The pool area was a major disappointment. It felt more like an extension of a restaurant or event space than a relaxing pool area for in-house guests. Private parties and other gatherings were taking place around the pool, which completely took away from the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere one would expect. I have stayed at several five-star properties, but I have rarely been this disappointed with a pool experience. For a five-star hotel, I believe the pool area should primarily provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for staying guests, rather than feeling like a busy restaurant or private event venue.
