Cons 1. We couldn't check in because the rooms were NOT ready even as a BONVOY memeber. 2. Rooms were automatically locked at 11 am and we were locked out. 3. They could NOT honor my request

The bed was very comfortable. The whole facility was spotless.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

It could have been a much better stay without the controversy.

I didn't eat breakfast, time wasn.t available, but the location was great.

Cons Nicole, the receptionist was very rude, we asked for a room on the top floor with a view, she gave us a room on the second floor with and inside view and the smell of weed was very strong. Was not pleased at all, we had to walk so to the room to the garage and then we had a problem with the parking gate which took and hour of my time, I had to take a picture of my plates upon check in and she still inconvenienced us. The gate still wouldn't open.

Cons Bistro didn't have good coffee or breakfast, but there were nice cafes near the hotel.
