No coffee in the room?? We won’t stay there again.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express probably 2 dozen times over the last two decades. Our extended family has stayed there for two family gatherings because of my recommendation. We appreciate the location, facilities and staff.

Cons I was dismayed that the hotel recently changed its policy to remove in room coffee makers unless requested, stated in small print on a small sign. The new coffee brand was not as good as old one. We won’t stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

modern design, cleanliness, quality of fixtures and towels . It was very quiet and everything worked well.

Cons The bedding was made too low, needed to be closer to the pillows.

Don’t use booking.com ever again. They charged me a couple days before I arrived and then the hotel charged me again and I’m still fighting to get my money back three months later.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons Jets for hottub weren’t working. And the pool could be a bit warmer. But I mean that’s a stretch. Everything was great.

Cons Was expecting a courtesy breakfast like all other Marriott locations we stayed at. Breakfast was over priced and not good. Will probably stay at another location next time in Eugene.
