Cons Expected more from this hotel for the price. Saggy bed, room overlooked the overflowing dumpsters, not even free coffee in the lobby area n the morning.

Good option for SE Portland
Didn't eat in bistro, but liked the vibe and it looked inviting. This was a 3-day stay to visit family and property was very convenient for that purpose. Near a nice shopping mall (sort of a rarity in our experience!). It is still a standard chain hotel property (that's why it is an 8 - all good, but nothing fancy). The property is also quiet with a tree-lined landscape, convenient to freeway, and good value.

It was a good location since we had plans to stay in eastern Portland next day. Otherwise, not recommended.
Cons I booked a room for three guests with breakfast included. To our great surprise, at check in we were told breakfast wasn't included. When I showed the booking with "incl. breakfast" the receptionist said: They'll be able to tell you in the morning if the breakfast is included or not. In the morning the receptionist informed us that the max amount of breakfasts is two even though we had booked a room for three guests. The worst experience ever! Not worth the price.
Great place to stay within a short distance to the hospital. Excellent staff!
Excellent staff and easily accommodated our somewhat chaotic stay of no knowing if we were coming or going. Everyone was so kind to our circumstances and looked out for our basic needs while we navigated a hospital stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we were able to get the best nights sleep possible. Thanks for everything. Family members have already been back to stay again.
Cons The price was a tad high as we were there because we needed a place to stay close to the hospital. A larger discount under these circumstances would have been a bigger help to our reason for staying.
