My second week-long stay, and another excellent experience.

Excellent staff and facility. Quiet, well-maintained.

Cons Some minor phone connectivity issues.

The stay was great

The room came with all the needed amenities. refer, coffee maker ect.

Cons Location, I was there for a medical appt at Evergreen Health.

Customer service need overall especially for other races.

Customer service was poor. Front staff was dismissive and I had just had total dental implant surgery the morning I checked in. I will not reserve again

Location was good. Staff friendly and helpfull. Clean

Cons Air conditioner was too loud and started making weird noises

A big thumbs up to Andrew for resolving our concerns during our late check-in. Room was clean.

Cons There were never enough towels in the gym. Most days there were no towels. No sanitizer. No wipes to clean the equipment after working out. Very nice gym, equipment/lighting/space. But disappointed with the unsanitary condition.

I will stay here again but ask for room away from Main Street because of noise / The entire staff was very helpful!

Cons I did not like the fire alarm going off on my second day early in the morning / Also the temperature in the room was cold at times and the air conditioning seemed a bit noisy
