Won’t be a return customer.

Location is nice, service is marginal. Tried to have rooms on the same floor “We’re at capacity.” Asked for clean towels and our trash to be emptied. I was told “that’s done every second day.” They couldn’t even separate my rooms for different credit card payments. That speaks to a capacity/training issue. Also, the carpets are all stained now. We definitely won’t be staying here again. This was our first travel in almost 2 years, very disappointed.

Expectation management.

Leave your Marriott expectations at home when traveling to this property. It appears as though management has traded a quality or sufficient workforce for profit.

Olivia, Grace and Koby are absolute Gems!!! They are absolutely phenomenal in the customer service they give. This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I'm definitely booking my next reservation when I come back tk Seattle in 3 months!! Highly recommended property!!

Perfect place to stay for visiting Friends & Family in Lynnwood and surrounding area.

We are repeat guests as a result of the reasons noted in this survey. All 10's and very happy. It exceeds or expectations for this type of hotel, especially having "fresh", made to order (limited menu + Starbucks coffee) breakfast and Happy Hour selections. The hosts of the morning breakfast and Happy Hour are pleasant and engaging. Front desk attendants are also engaging and always greeting you as you come and go from the hotel. Plus, being at the 'End of Line' for the Seattle light rail makes getting to and from SEATAC airport so much easier! Plus, visiting downtown, University of Washington, Baseball, Football/Soccer matches all available of the light rail. No traffic hassle!!

Badly in need of TLC

The hotel is dated, badly in need of some TLC but the front desk staff members are awesome. Breakfast is à la carte and is sufficient though we would prefer the buffet. Housekeeping is good.
