Good property; need to improve on service.

We like the hotel location right in the center of town, close to the Margaret Mahy playground and Victoria Square. They gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite because the room category we booked wasn’t available. Room and beddings were comfortable.

Cons Check in process was slower compared to other hotels or motels we had stayed in. Besides, there were 2 bottles of shampoo provided in our shower, and no shower gel. Housekeeping probably not thorough enough.

Great location, friendly staff, very well kept premises

Clean, tidy, well kept premises, good bar downstairs, staff extremely helpful. Single negative was the lack of parking, however to be fair to staff they indicated the overflow parking across the road.

Very convenient location, walking distance to everywhere in the central. The stay was nice, staff were very friendly.
