Great location. Comfortable rooms
The staff were excellent and really helpful and accommodating with children
Cons Limited tea had coffee in the room, plus the kettle wasn't the greatest. Also house keeping was early so still trying to get ready to leave when they arrived
Forgot how good this hotel is will definitely stay again
The room was very comfortable and clean. I haven't stayed here for a while but i will definitely consider it for my next trip into the city when i am attending shows at the exhibition centre. The different bar/eating areas were just what i needed after a day of walking around.
Cons Nothing
Very good
Location
Cons Stairs from main road
The room was very clean, the staff were very kind and the location was also good
Cons The pool was not heated.
Great location, interior is dated and not keep clean. Staff are not welcoming.
The property is very well located, close to great bars, restaurants, and the Crown Entertainment Complex with the casino and shows, etc. It was also priced competitively, with breakfast and valet parking.
Cons The facility was not clean. There was a French fry and a dirty earbud on the floor in the corridor where I was staying when I arrived on Friday. Both were still there when I left on Sunday. I passed multiple staff in the hallway and greeted them; all ignored me.
