I have stayed at this hotel for the past 50 years. Always friendly and clean!

After staying at many different hotels in palo alto, crown plaza has become my favorite. The staff here treat me always treats me very well,every time I stay there. I work construction and work alot at stanford hospital and LPCH.when we have shut downs I stay at crown plaza .when I check in its after working 12 hours in my work clothes and unlike the other hotels in the area I get treated with respect and have received upgrades and great rooms.unlke the others

Cons Considering the price of around $360 USD per night, I was very disappointed that the hotel also charged an additional $22 per night for parking. The breakfast schedule shown on Booking.com was not accurate for the weekend, which caused additional inconvenience. The biggest issue was getting an invoice. The hotel told me they could not provide an invoice because the reservation was made through Booking.com and that they only provide invoices for direct bookings. However, Booking.com states that guests should contact the property to receive an invoice. I explained this to the hotel staff, but they were not helpful and did not make any real effort to resolve the situation. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better customer service and clearer communication.
