Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport by IHG

The most important thing in a hotel for me is always the bed, the sheets and the towels and they all were top.

Convenient location but facility was not great

Hotel was close to the airport and conveniently near freeway exits.

Cons The facility needs major upkeep. We complained about a smell in the hallway close to the elevator. The hotel needs major remodel of rooms especially the bathrooms.

That is near to the airport. So convenient with the free shuttle.

Cons Rooms is smaller than expected.

Localização.

Cons Durante o transfer com o free shuttle a mala de mão de 10kg foi danificada e tive que substituí-la. Muito embora não seja responsabilidade direta do hotel, o fato modificou a experiência.

Very clean and convenient

Location

Good location but poor services and maintenance.

Room was Okay! Indoor Pool, Fitness center. Location, closeness to SFO airport

Cons Every other day Room service, only on request. Elevators need serious cleaning & repairs. Pets are allowed. Lounge and waiting area furniture is dirty. Even a clothed Chair in the room had sticky handles with sweat & dirts. No drinking water in the room. The outside of Room window glass was covered with dirt, dead spider and insects on sides. The Restaurant have granuled Salt & Cracked Pepper in the bottles that cannot be sprikled through lid holes. Pastry never got refilled. Fruits rarely got refilled.
