No towels in room. Ask for the bed sheets to be changed and they never did.
Nice hotel. Staff needs to be more friendly to white english speaking clients.

The property was nice and modern. The customer service was horrible, esp in the restaurant. The water in the room was not turned on when we got there, we had to wait a few hours. They only gave us one towel per room, we got 3 rooms for 9 people and were only given 3 towels. The restaurant/bar did not serve wine.., they said they were waiting for delivery , when delivery came they still did not serve alcohol. The pool was nice and refreshing.

Terrible!!! There was a rat in my room , I had to have them change my room. No hot water at the hotel , no towels, very poor bath soap! Staff look like they don’t want to be at work! Pls do not stay!!! The surrounding area is so rural! Pls do not go to this hotel
