Convenient location, generous amenities and plenty of staff. Front desk did not answer the phone late at night so had to head down to the lobby, but otherwise satisfied with the service.

Cons Better were firmer than I would prefer (you could feel the springs). No bathrobes provided.

Fabulous stay. Dorsett Melbourne is my home away from home . Amazing dedicated staff who are extremely welcoming and make the stay enjoyable. Great location, clean rooms and wonderful food at The Jin Bar

Cons The beds were very I'm uncomfortable i woje up with a sore back everyday not happy

Comfortable and convenient.

Everything was very lovely, hotel was quiet and comfortable. Shower and room amenities were clean, bed was large and medium firm. Room had good climate control. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to transport and just a little away from the noisier parts of the city.

Cons Everything was great. One minor observation - the coffee mugs supplied were too large for the coffee machine :)

Breakfast, pool and spa all amazing, staff are lovely, location is great. Only downfall is the bed was super uncomfortab

The buffet breakfast was great, pool and spa was great, curtains in room were black out.

Cons The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t return to the hotel because of this. My back has been sore all week from the bed.
