Decent budget stay

The food was amazing, be it in-room or the breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons The telephone had a cross-connection, we pressed in-room dining and the call was forwarded to reception. The person on the other end was quite rude and sarcastic “this is the reception, not in-room dining”. We do understand they can be over-worked and busy, but that wasn’t professional. Also the room had a strong stench of cigarette. The view outside the window was non-existent, there were some pipes, maintenance equipment, roof and an apartment building next door. The bathroom amenities- especially the soap was white harsh and felt like dishwashing liquid. And the water temperature regulator didn’t function correctly, it would swing the temperature either way and send in pulses of cold and hot water

Ruhiger Rückzugsort in Agra. Sehr freundliches Personal. Naßzellen ( wir hatten zwei Zimmer) sehr sauber.
