DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta - Roswell

I loved Dwayne! He took great care of me and my family while we stayed. He made an uncomfortable stay, comfortable. He's a great host! Thanks Dwayne!

Cons The room I was given was terrible, I ordered a partial moutain side view room and was given a room with a small square cut into a thick wall and you had to crawl inside the hole to see out the window, the shower doors would not stay closed so we had to shower with the doors opened. We tried calling for room service no one would answer, so we tried to call the front desk no one would answer, so we had to go to the front desk and a young lady told us they didn't have room service even though it clearly said that they did and to call 1107 on top of the menu. When we went to the restaurant and tried to order food, we stood there for a good 10 to 15 mins there and no one came to serve us or take our order, so we had to uber and by the way there's no microwaves or mini fridges. Which was ridiculous to say it was a "Restaurant". I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Tolerable at best

Toliet barely flushed, shower was old and worn and didn’t put out much pressure.

Cons Bed was uncomfortable.

The room was very nice and welcoming.

Cons I was disappointed that there wasn't a small fridge in the room. Had a small bag of food for my travels and had to throw out the contents. Upon arrival, I was looking forward to a cup of coffee but there wasn't coffee available in the lobby. There was coffee in the room but was hoping to save it for the morning.
