DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - North Shore Conference Center
Praised forfriendly service · good location
Flagged fordirty carpets · subpar room quality
Convenient, comfortable beds, onsite restaurants
Cons Unfriendly, borderline rude staff, pool area has no restrooms, had to walk through the reception area to access a bathroom. I expected a complementary continental breakfast & at the least not to have powder creamer.
Location
It worked well for a visit with our family.
Comfortable beds and nice shower.
Cons We would appreciate if the coffee maker in the room would be changed to accept K-cups and larger capacity cups (like travel mugs).
Cons No había plazas disponibles en el parking y nos mandaron a otro más lejos. Lo reservamos pensando que tenía lavandería y allí nos dijeron que no tenían.
Loved it.
My favorite thing was free parking . The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked the way they had the pool separated, half indoor and half outdoor.
Cons That it wasn't closer to downtown.
Clean
