Cons Thermostat didn’t work. Our room stayed at 66 degrees and would not warm up. Too cold to shower.
Great stay
All of the staff here were really nice and friendly. Their valet staff was also super accommodating for us. We came and stayed here to go see a show at the eagles ballroom. The location was right on the bus line that takes you to and from the venue. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for a drink or bite of food. We would stay here again for the cookies alone. Thank you!

I’d like to mention specifically Antonio and Lauren I believe were their names, they were the first people we met upon check-in and they ensured we were supported throughout our stay. They were just brilliant and made the overall experience even better. Everything else was perfect also, rooms were clean, beds super comfortable and the location was ideal. Would definitely recommend.
