The location was perfect for walking all around the city. The welcome cookies were AMAZING!!! Neat to see the personalized welcome on the TV. I wish we could buy the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo. It melted amazing!
Cons The garage was a little tight getting in and out of but we didn’t hardly use our car. We walked everywhere. So it didn’t matter too much.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff good throughout -got a very early check-in. Good location though adjacent Nathan Phillips Sq does have rough sleepers.
Cons Price £414 for one night was ridiculous (but its TIFF so i get supply and demand). Bathroom (room 1202) was fairly basic and quite small.
The room was good and clean. Location perfect concerning what we wanted to do and see. Very good public transport connections. Underground and Tram stations were nearby.
Cons The Breakfast room was overcrowded and the service badly organized. Coffee and juice was very poor quality.
