De locatie was prima.

Cons Dit is absoluut geen 5 sterrenhotel! Zeker niet van Hilton verwacht. Ik heb altijd bij Hilton verbleven en kom daar altijd terug omdat ik de luxe wens die zij bieden. Deze keer was het alles behalve luxe. De kamers waren gedateerd, de meubels oud, het bed was absoluut geen kingsize, de badkamer was super oud, regendouche deed het niet, alles was vies. Kortom; ZEKER geen 5 sterren waard!!!

Prima hotel, maar ik had iets meer service verwacht.

Wij vonden de gym fantastisch.

Cons Om te kunnen zwemmen was je verplicht om een badmuts op te doen en die moest je zelf kopen. Voor zo’n hotel had ik wel verwacht dat ze het zouden geven, je biedt immers ook aan dat gasten gratis gebruik mogen maken van het zwembad. Daarnaast vonden de kinderen, 14 en 16 jaar, het bed erg hard. Voor die bedden hebben we zelfs €25 per bed, per nacht extra voor moeten betalen. Apart want ik had een kamer voor 4 personen geboekt, maar in die kamer stond 1 kingsize bed voor 2 personen in. Dit kun je in de boeking beter anders aanbieden. Deze benoemde punten voelen achteraf gezien, niet zo klant vriendelijk.

Cons I am disappointed by the Hotel Manager's response, particularly the statement that no requests or complaints were communicated during our stay.This statement does not reflect our experience. We raised concerns multiple times during our stay, both in person at reception and through WhatsApp messages, which I can substantiate. We also spoke directly with Mr. Unal regarding several issues, including the unacceptable delay in providing an extra bed.The issue was never that the hotel was unaware. The issue was that despite repeated requests, adequate action was not taken. Claiming that the concerns were only raised on the day of departure is simply not consistent with the documented communication that took place during our stay.In addition, we documented maintenance issues within the room, including a damaged missing towels, extended waiting times and poor follow-up, this resulted in a disappointing experience across all four rooms booked by our group.I expected better from a Hilton property and am even more disappointed that the public response appears to deny concerns that were clearly communicated while we were still guests. electrical outlet with exposed wiring in the bathroom.

Comfortable and convenience for coming in and going out of town

Typical Hilton with comfort of a very comfy bed and nice bar area.
