Rough Night

Cons I froze all night because the HVAC heater did not work. The outlets in the nightstand for plugs did not work. Nothing worked. I didn’t sleep, I was cold all night long. The next morning, after a bit of back-and-forth with the hotel, they worked in tandem with booking.com to see that I got a full refund, which I appreciated and expected. As long as everything functions in the hotel room, I’m sure this is a perfectly lovely place to stay. My experience unfortunately didn’t go so well, but it is unlikely to repeat, I hope not. 🥶
