The location and the amenities

Cons The air conditioning was not up to par. We set the fan speed to high but it stayed pretty low.

We stay at this location all the time when I c o to Phoenix its fun stsff is amazing

Room was nice and clean, hotel was nice and solid store

Cons They charge to park in their own parking lot

Would not recommend this location for anyone travelling to/through Phoenix.

Not having to sleep in a car or on the street.... counter staff were a mix of helpful and friendly mostly.

Cons Bathrooms smelled like sewer, shower and toilet were way too small to use properly. Carpet was stained/dirty. Breakfast was absolutely gross - dirty tables, dirty dishes and nothing was edible/cooked properly.

The whole place was quite and calming.

We liked the size of the room. We also liked the breakfast. the elevators were amazing

Cons We didn't like that we had to go to the an other floor to get ice. The shower had mold. And room had no microwave. No free complimentary water bottles in the room.

Excellent staff; unfortunately the hotel itself needs much improvement and I won’t stay here again.

Housekeeping was amazing and the front staff was excellent.

Cons Room air circulation was musty, shower drain smelled rotten. The fridge worked sporadically, freezing half of our things. Husband found cockroaches in gum and in downstairs bathroom. Our stay was especially ruined the very last day when there was a large conference that left a horrendous smell in the lobby; it smelled like gallons of old urine had been poured on the floor. The breakfast was inedible. I had a bowl of watermelon and choked down an overcooked chemical tasting hard boiled egg… my husband barely ate any of his ;/ the coffee mugs were dirty, as well as the silverware.
