Cons everything the room the pool cleanliness they were doing construction while we were there. It smelled like mold.

They charge me the whole 2 night but I leve 5 hours after because they lie about the pool being open
Cons They don’t want to give a refund I ask the guy Andrew he said the pool is open and then when I when to use it was close so I decided to leave the same day that at check in he said don’t worry I will be refund you . Now they said not refund because I book the reservation with 3 party I understand but why he don’t said that in the first place
