Wonderful hostel, satisfied with staying here

Overall great hostel which offers everything you might need for proper stay. Friendly staff, neat and tidy rooms with comfy beds, clean bathrooms and showers, nice living room/lounge area and outside area where you can sit and chill. Great place for solo travellers aswell.

Cons Bit harder to access property if you're carrying harder luggage because of stairs, besides that everything was great.

The staff is friendly and willing to solve the issue of an unexpected problem with the hot water. Have a good time meeting new friends!

Cons Условия ужасные все очень старое, душ это вообще отдельный кошмар Отдали 40 евро за очень маленькую комнату При заселении нам не сообщили что отсутствует горячая вода , очень шумно если вы хотите лечь спать по раньше это не об этом месте , потому что на улице при кемпинге все время шумно , музыка из бара внутри кемпинга играла до 23:00 Из плюсов дружественная атмосфера

Great Location / Good Vibe

Cons Not enough showers and toilets for all the people. All the campers use the same toilets and showers as hostel guests and even come up to the hostel floors. We stayed on 1st floor and there were only 2 toilets on the entire floor and 2 showers for men. Toilets and showers are always dirty - as per schedule they get cleaned twice a day which is not enough for the amount of people using them. Mens shower extraction making loud noises which can be heard in the rooms. Mens showers never had shower gel in them and I had to continuously asked for someone to fill them up. 4 days in a row I asked and reception just keep saying they will fill it up but nothing happens. Bedroom Doors are extremely noisy when closed which makes it difficult to sleep. The mattress in the room is very thin and uncomfortable. Kitchen is dirty and needs a deep clean. The fridge was overflowing with old food. On the last night we had an issue with hot water. Complained at Reception who clearly did not want to help much and kept saying we must wait for it to heat up but 2 hours later still nothing. We complained 4 times and still nothing was done about it. We expected them to get back to us but instead the receptionist ran off while I was talking to her not giving me any feedback.
