Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Franklin

Great staff and great location.

Convenient to everything

Overall, we had an excellent 2 night stay at the facility; will return.

The room and surrounding areas are well kept and maintained. Provided good breakfast service and the staff was friendly and courteous. Parking was also good and location ideal for dining and sightseeing.

Cons More updated/ modernized bathrooms. Toilets were extremely low…

Drury is hands down our favorite hotels to stay at!

Location! Very clean, great staff, great breakfast! We especially love the popcorn and soft drinks and coffee available!

Cons We were asked twice about checking out (by the cleaning staff) before it was the day and time to check out. This happened on two separate occasions. They were nice about it and apologized but the first time made me panic thinking I messed up the booking! Ha

Consistently Well Kept Properties

Large, comfortable room. Breakfast buffet. Spacious lobby where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening kickback. Consistently dependable quality and well kept properties.

Cons Need a dessert option for evening kickback.

My husband enjoyed watching the game from our window

Location

Cons Next to a high school where there was a football game that lasted till ten o’clock with very bright lights and loud band music

Very comfortable and the evening food was great.
