Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

You can do better

Valet lady on check out very sweet and friendly. The maid staff met in hall also pleasant.

Cons The valet guy upon entering was more interested in the woman he was working with than attending me, stuck his arm in car to try key when I was in driver seat. The pub area I found cold and uninviting, did not make me stay. I ordered wings ( frozen) partially cooked and beer. Me personally I do not like eating/drinking off of plastic plates and cups. Sadly, I am in no hurry to return.

Beautiful hotel

The staff is so nice and helpful. The property is clean and beautiful. This area is walkable.

Cons I wish the coffee was better and there were more gluten free options for the kick back.

Room was very large and clean. The employees and managers in dining are were excellent… very helpful and friendly. Food was great!

Cons Loved everything.

Soggiorno a Pittsburgh

Great location, friendly, and loved the access to laundry facilities. In our suite, we had three adults. It would be

We liked the laundromat. We also liked the conference table in our room. We liked the generous happy hour. The garden view on the rooftop was very nice. We liked the reuse of an old bank building to make it into a hotel and keeping the historical details. One staff in particular, Bonita, was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons The bathroom did not have a fan.

Room, pool were nice.

Cons My car door was dented by the valet.
