Need better maintenance and refurbishment
The hotel location is great, next to a mall. The staff is friendly. there were some issues happened during the stay, they were able to attend it quickly. Gym is nice, but no spa service.
Cons However, the facilities in room are old. The closet door couldn't close properly, and the iron was broken. The housekeeping left the dirty bed sheets on the floor, I found out when I returned to the room at 10pm. Charging station didn't work for charging a computer, so I had to go to a cafe area in second floor to charge my work computer.

This is one of my favorite hotels. It feels like 5 star, the rooms are large and have amazing views, the staff go beyond to make you feel welcome. Will be back.
