Loved the hotel overall. i will be returning.

this hotel was beautiful, great location, awesome coffee shops nearby, highly recommend visiting Rosa's diner.

Cons I did not love the snack selection in the vending machine.

Great vibe, super friendly and accommodating staff, cool design, good location

Cons Room was on the 8th floor right underneath the rooftop nightclub which did not work for a nice nights sleep. Also the AC unit was very loud and kicked on at weird times.

Good location and staff, but not a hotel I would recommend for families with young children.

Cons The biggest issue for us was that the hotel did not feel family-oriented. There was very prominent transgender/gender-identity messaging throughout the property, including flags and definitions related to sex and gender displayed in the bathroom hallway. The restrooms also did not have traditional men’s and women’s signage. Our child is still too young to read, but this is not the type of environment we would choose for a family stay. The hotel also felt heavily oriented toward nightlife, with a nightclub on the rooftop, people smoking while waiting in line, and an atmosphere that did not feel especially suitable for young children.

Great and affordable place to stay in a good location.

The location is great, clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons The water in the toilet kept running, so it wastes water and makes a sound. I had to keep fiddling with the water tank to make it stop. A staff member came to “fix” it once but after he left, the issue continued. Also, the restaurants/cafe associated with the hotel are closed the whole time I was staying at the hotel.

Poor rooftop security

The Eaton staff was great front desk management was excellent. Rooms nice

Cons The roof top security staff are unprofessional and reflect poorly on the Eaton. They should have them out of sight or upstairs.

Hotel perfetto….ma evitate la colazione

Moderna. Funzionale. Design piacevole ed elegante

Cons Ho prenotato il soggiorno con la colazione e mi hanno dato dei voucher per un bar lì vicino, molto scadente di pessima qualità. Meglio non vendere la colazione in struttura per offrire un servizio cosi modesto. Dopo la prima mattina, per la seconda, ho preferito andare in un’altra caffetteria e pagarmi la colazione.
