Habitación espaciosa, muy bien decorada, y con todo lo necesario. Baño grande. Servicio muy atento, desde la entrada. Muy buen desayuno.

Not a good experience …3 rooms in 48 hours

The staff was nice especially Juan the doorman. Great attitude.

Cons This property is Old. Outdated. In need of renovation. In need of A/C that works. My room was moved 3 times in a 48 hour period. Whatever you do, run if they give you room 450. The original room (635) has a balcony and would have been great if the A/C worked. Room 402 is similar to 635 but the balcony is odd as you can literally look into the balcony of the people on with side of you. The lady at the front desk told that room 450 was comparable to room 635 that was simply not true. We were relocated to the new room at 1150pm. I’ve never been in a hotel lobby in my pajamas until this trip. See pictures nice looking room is 635. The suspect looking rook with dirt on the floor was not acceptable.
