Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder

Great location in the heart of Boulder, walking distance to Folsom field and shopping/restaurants nearby. Great breakfast with made-to-order omelets. Nice fitness center and pool.

I would define stay here again.

Cons Had some issues with the water pressure on the 5th floor room.

Cons No bottled water in room to use with the coffee maker, or to drink. Locating two 83 year old people nearer to the elevator, not as far away as possible in a not busy hotel. TVs did not work in the morning before breakfast. Bathroom sink water flow is paltry compared to the water coming from the hydrant in the suite area. No makeup mirror in the bathroom. There was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower.

Cons The room was dark, not welled made, people could walk by our windows all the time as we were in sort of underground floor. The cleaning is not done properly ( when it’s done at all ) Pool is super cloudy. Overall very disappointed with the experience

Staff were well trained and professional and kind

Cons It is not a 4 star hotel by any means. My room got clean once in 3 days stay. There were no glasses or cups in the room. Toilet didn’t work well. Pool was not clean. Way overpriced and overrated for the quality of facilities
