Cons Bar ,everywhere was dirty . Outside sitting area dirty. Room was depressing and needed updating

Cons Terrible service-primarily given by Nina. Closed pool twice 6:30-8 and permanently at 9. Ruining kids fun/entertainment. Never actually cleaned it. We're told to request adjoining rooms and when we got there was denied. Even though one room had a connecting door. No options were given. Rude unfriendly staff, not worth the cost of staying.
