Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley

Accomodations

Cons Early check in was not honored

Love the breakfast and mixer

Amazing breakfast and the omlet chefs were amazing and personable

Cons Parking fee seems a little bit higher than most places

Good customer service, comfy beds, the building and surrounding areas were a bit run down

The breakfast food was good.but there were so many people so lines to get food were long

Cons The location is run down and the rooms felt a little dark and outdated. The pool was super small

Great Hotel, will stay again, close to Levi stadium.

Great breakfast, omelet made to order station. The room was big enough for us without feeling overly crowded and clean pool. I liked that there was a microwave, fridge and 2 TVs :)

Cons Could have been a little cleaner. There was a red stain on the curtain in room 713. There was strands of hair in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay

The staff was friendly and nice. The lobby clean

Cons The mattress was Horrible! I woke up with a stiff back full of pain. And the lack of air conditioning in the main room

Very nice staff comfy environment

Very clean

Cons Everything was fine to me
