The location at the end of two major roads and close to a free way exit was very nice. Front desk staff was reasonably polite when interacting with them.

Cons The parking situation is atrocious, guests have to park at the car wash and gas station next door. The pool was closed for maintenance every morning and stank of chlorine into the hallway. My family tried to use the pool during the stay at night and came back to the room coughing and choking after an hour due to the chlorine in the air. The breakfast was on the low end of hotel breakfasts and food was constantly running out, even on a Monday morning and it would take 20 minutes for more food to arrive. It seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen, they need a minimum of 1 more if not 2 working there to keep up with guest demands.

The second room we were given was clean and looked comfortable, but we did not stay

Cons The entire reason I booked the room was to spend the entire weekend in the pool. It was FREEZING and the only thing I got was a smart-ass remark from the front desk boss. The manager has yet to call me a week later.

Overpriced for the experience.

Breakfast and Pool hours were great

Cons Did not seem super safe. A very high homeless population, people hanging out in the pet area that did not have pets and did not seem to be staying at the hotel, and cops had to come to support homeless in the building. Parking was attached to a gas station that attracts people not staying at the hotel and they do not seem to have any real security. The housing and amenities are definitely outdated compared to online photos.

Great facilities in the room, mini-kitchen good, comfy bed, clean and businesslike

Cons Like most of these types of accommodations, not easy to get to somewhere to eat on foot. Good Uber availability though. Self service breakfast not very enticing. A bit further from Paine Field than I thought.

Decent. Not the best.

We liked the room we had.

Cons 1. A bunch of shady people outside of the property. 2. We went down for breakfast and wanted to bring it back to our room. We grabbed some of the bacon to bring back. There were at least 4 pieces of hair in the bacon that we grabbed. So we threw it out. 3. The pool was fine. Had to ask a couple of times for towels to be replenished.
