Cons The keypad to the pool and back patio don’t work sometimes but other than that, great stay!

I loved the service and availability of the employees. They were welcoming and catered to my family's needs and wants. The facility was clean and breakfast was good.

Cons The view from my windows had a cloudy mark on it. I would have liked to see the view of the city more.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück.

Das Zimmer sauber und groß. Das Hotel gut gelegen und erreichbar. Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer und am nächsten Tag gratis an der Rezeption gestellt. Die Betten gut. Das Frühstück sehr gut incl. Obst. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Crappy floors with water under them

Quiet area and near CHOA the reason we stayed

Cons The pillows smelled, the bathroom floor had water under it and when you stepped on it water from what/who came up. All I could think is germs! I cleaned my feet with Clorox wipes. Outside the door the carpet was taped down where a seam was coming up. And I saw a huge roach in the hall way. The bathroom floor was the issues I told them about but the guy at the office door told me that it happens at his house too! My thought is where is that water or liquid coming from? Potty water? Mop water? Leaking water lines….. no matter the source that super nasty and germinating stuff! I will NOT be back
